  I don't know if anyone else experienced a loss of money in their account. Tried to enter help ticket but it says apparently bombarded with requests. Anyone know what's up. Think maybe hacked. My account $ keeps dissappearing. I'm about to delete site.

I have not seen any deductions in my earnings. All I can think of is maybe change your password in case your account was compromised. Also, check to see if by any chance you have earnings from more than 180 days ago. You need to cash out before 180 days. I hope you’re able to send a ticket and get a response and resolution.

How much money disappeared?  Were there any payments revoked or denied? I believe they would be in red.

In late June, my account was restricted for two weeks.  I was never given a reason why.

The fact that Fusion Cash is being bombarded with help requests says something. Why is FC being bombarded with members needing help?

The last support ticket I sent took 30 days to get a response. Two reasons why you would be losing money - surveys being revoked or earnings expiring (which happens after 180 days).

All offers expire after 6 months be sure cash out once you reach $25 before 6 month period.

go to yur account list and see if anything was revoked or has expired, then send in a ticket if you don't see anything

It sounds like you both probably hit the six month mark with unredeemed funds. I see that you each joined FC in February and March, which was just over six months ago. If you read the Terms of Service you will see that funds expire if not cashed out within 180 days.

If you have done somethings six-months ago they will start to take the earnings you earned six months ago

Haven't had an issue with money disappearing. Someone else had this same issue back in April.

I hope that you will be able to figure out what the problem is. I did lose some money when I first began because I did not cash out before the six month was up.
