I would really like to start earning by watching videos but they don't want to load. I get a screen with that little symbol to click on (>) to start video but nothing happens. Also, there is a website symbol on the page and if you click on that it takes you to a website with no way to see how I can watch video and earn$ . Anybody else have a clue? I am relatively new to this whole process.

Any time I have issues with videos I typically just refresh the videos page and try again. Most times I am able to view the video after refreshing the page. However, I also sometimes have to refresh the page every time I get an individual video issue.

I have the same problem, not entirely sure if I'm suppose to refresh the main page because the new window that pops up with the player doesn't have a refresh option

i would try different browsers like opera chrome etc. For me this happened and i ended up using a different opera browser than the previous one. esp to do hypermaz vids

Go to your address line and on the left hand side, click on to see if flash is being blocked. Same thing with pop ups. I have found that my browsers are automatically blocking flash and pop ups. Once I allow and refresh the page, all is good.

make sure pop-up blockers aren't active and that your flash player is up to date and see if that helps

With all the surveys sometimes they load some days more then other days.

This happens every once in a while, but not regularly for me. I usually just try to clear out cookies and try again, sometimes they just don't work.

you could try realplayer and updating that or your vid card drivers. nvidia or ati?

Sometimes the easiest thing is to try a different browser. I have had the most success using either FireFox or Chrome.  I had an issue in the past were I had to reinstall Flash (something got corrupt and thus wouldn't play).

I suggest that you change your browsers, check your privacy settings, and popup blockers etc.

I haven't had this problem. But if I did I would close it and try again

I did have that problem a few different times. I think for some reason they post the video but then it is not available yet for some reason
