I imagine there is mental illness that accompanies the people that truly cannot throw out ACTUAL GARBAGE. Then there are people that have way too many things.

A few years ago when I downsized from a house to a town home I got rid of a TON of stuff.

I think people are too attached to material things. I try not to buy "things" - and this is easiest to do by not shopping! I use my extra money for vacations. Example - my daughter and I just spent a week roadtripping through Montana/Wyoming visiting the Tetons & Yellowstone. The only things we came home with were two refrigerator magnets.

Just say no to "stuff"
