I prefer apple too, but I wouldn't pass up a fresh homemade cherry turnover either. Sounds delicious.

           I didn't know that this was a national cherry turnover day yesterday. Some of the national days don't get said, while others do. I do eat most turnover flavors.

Speaking of Arbys's.  Don't they have a chocolate turnover too?  I'm not big into turnovers.  The pastry is just not my thing.  Or streudel bites aren't really my thing either.  It's funny because I work in a bakery and every now and then there are few extra of these and that's the only time I nibble on em.  I'd never walk into a bakery and think, "Oh yes they have turnovers."
