R.I.P Senator John McCain

I felt so sad today hearing that he had passed.  I knew i was probably going to be soon since he had quit doing the cancer treatments.  He was truly a hero and a man who tried to do his best to do good.

Hello! :D :)

I was saddened as well when I heard the news. May he be at peace at least he feels no more pain now. I hope his whole family is doing okay and are remembering him the best way they can. :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:

It would seem that John McCain was the last of the true statesman this country was founded by, it seems like everyone else in government is just in it for themselves.

He was truly a great hero and went through much more than we can ever imagine.  I wonder if he would have become president if he had not put Sarah Palin as his running mate?  I think that was a huge mistake on his part.  I knew death was coming as he stopped all treatments.  At least he is no longer in pain, R.I.P. You served your country well

Agree.  We need more like John McCain.  Willing to work across the aisle and wanted what was best for the people.
