FC support ticket...
« on: August 24, 2018, 09:06:09 am »
How long have you ever had to wait for an FC support ticket to be answered?
Went to cash out Monday but can't because they wanted me to fill out online W9.
It wouldn't go through on line so I contacted support and put in a ticket...that was 4 days ago!  :-\ ??? ::)
I want to cash out and waiting to see what they want me to do or can help me...no reply... :(

I would agree, keep contacting them, somebody may see it and answer.  I know from reading posts they have gotten worse and worse in their response time.  This is one of those case where you have to contact them otherwise I just avoid them and look for help here.  I hope you get a response soon!

it takes some time for fc to answer. sometimes fc has so many tickets to answer so i would wait a little bit longer

Fusion Cash admins are very slow with answering support tickets but eventually they will. Hang in there and hope they resolve it for you quickly. :)

Usually, it has been what I consider timely, within a few days, but a few weeks ago, my account was restricted for some reason. It took two weeks before Fusion Cash lifted my restriction and they responded to my support ticket with something like "your account is active again".

NRA JOE, Alarisracing had a similar problem when she hit the $600 mark in earnings and it triggered a request to fill out the W-9.  [FYI:  FusionCash's programming won't let you cash out until they receive the completed W-9 since it is part of their compliance.]  In her situation she was having trouble getting an acknowledgement from FC that they had received her fax with the information they requested.  Like yours, her request to cash out was held up.  I believe it took well over a month before it all got straightened out, unfortunately.  I believe she sent in a number of support tickets, too.

I submitted a support ticket nearly three weeks ago that is still open. So... forever?

Well, that's some bullshite...cant find their fax number so downloaded a W9 from IRS site and will mail it in...guess no cashout this month.... :(

I'll just hammer the surveys and turn in that much more next month  :angel11:

I may be wrong but I believe that Fusion Cash is a one man operation, possibly with some help, and a home based business. That may explain why support is sometimes to often slow to respond to tickets.

I would like to add that by doing a little research through the old posts still available here in the forum, it appeared that there was a small team (including Kohler) that existed to handle all the questions arising during the time of growth and establishment of FusionCash as a reputable online GPT business.  I was not a member in the early days (2005 - 2010), but clearly this site has evolved and most likely those folks that made up customer support have moved on as well.
