Confusing Surveys
« on: August 21, 2018, 07:44:39 am »
I got a survey this morning through FC surveys.  I got 90% through it and then I had to close it out because I just couldn't figure out what they wanted me to do.  :o I tried for about 10 minutes to figure it out but in the end I had to close it out.  >:(

It is too bad that you got stuck after completing 90% of the survey. I have not had any surveys I have had to close out due to confusion. I wonder if there may have been some sort of technical error with the survey. I find that most surveys do a good job of giving instructions and you got through 90% of it, so it could have been a technical error.

That really stinks. When that happens you just have to move on to the  next one.

I've never had to do hat ,but once in a great while I may have to hide my taskbar to find the next button, etc... or it may have been badly written code or a technical error... it shouldn't happen often so just keep trying them

I get those once in a while. They ask you an SAT question and you put down what you think is the answer and they say something like this is not complete . try again . and you try everything to complete it and it don't work   ???

I don't take a lot of surveys anymore except for Tap.     I know what you are talking about though.   Some of the survey questions are confusing and tricky.

I 'm so sorry that happened to you. it happens to me a lot. The survey titles very often have little to do with the content. i got 10 miniues into a survey when they asked me for my email and address which  i will not give. That should have been the 1st or second question
Another survey said it was financial and actually was grocery items. :pumpkin: :rose: :peace:

When this happens to me I usually go back the survey and click on it again and then at least you get your penny.  Better than nothing at all.

Know what you mean about titles having little or nothing to do with the survey you open up.  It happens, but it's really no big deal.  Sometimes it takes me by surprise so that I find I'm glad I didn't pass it over.

Once in awhile I get the survey that goes nowhere.  Try as I may to make any sense of it, I, too, find that I simply have to 'x' out of it.

Many times it is the next one that I was looking for in the first place: The questionnaire makes sense, I qualify, complete it and am credited.

Life is good.  :)

Haven't had any surveys that were hard to finish after completing almost all of it.

When I get those,  even though I may have completed a good portion if it becomes to confusing I just chalk it  up as a loss and close it out and move on to something else; luckily this does not happen often.
