I am now wondering if you have been blocked from taking surveys by Fusion Cash for one reason or another. Even when there are a lot of surveys, there are only a few companies that sponsor them. I think that you are going to have to wait and see what support says.
However, you have been sent email invites and was able to complete one.
My account was restricted for two full weeks for one reason or another. I was never given an explanation but since the restriction, I no longer get email invites to surveys. I have plenty of surveys on my page but am always not qualified and get a penny. The only surveys that I am able to do for Fusion Cash are TAP Research.
I usually cash out every two months but because of the restriction, I was not able to last month. I will be able to cash out this month but I am wondering if I will have a problem after having my account restricted the end of June to early July.
I will be interested in what support says and / or if you begin to get surveys again.
By the way, I also have been on Fusion Cash 10 years and was very faithful to the site. I was shocked when my account got restricted. It might be that when you are on FC as long as we have been, we have taken a lot of surveys and maybe made a mistake and or contradicted ourselves. I was never given as explanation why but my saga began after taking an email invite survey which led to a one hour phone interview which led to my getting credited for $100 which led to a two week restriction. When the restriction was lifted, the $100 was not in my account and I have never received another email invite from FC.
