I think Facebook should be a fun place to connect with friend/family that we do not see often, but I think when people use Facebook to vent about others and say mean things that could be offensive,  is sad. Do you delete these people or do you argue with them or ignore them? I usually ignore them but if they say something very offensive, I do delete them.

I don't have a Facebook page.  I use my sons to check up on people I know but I never delete or comment on anything.

I'm not on Facebook that much any more.  I have "silenced" those that seem to be constantly negative and complaining all the time.
Have a wonderful day!

I have been on Facebook for many years and have yet to run into someone who was nasty or being a bully. But I am a Senior, so most of us Seniors have ditched such persons long long ago.

I don't let Facebook get me down.  I do not accept friend requests from anyone I do not know personally or that I am not related to.  I did accept one from a lady who is like family to my cousins. I have met her a few times but do not really know her.  And I am friends with the wife of a guy I know. I don't know her. But other than that I KNOW each person on my list.

If they are posting offensive things I will unfriend them and go on. I do have a couple of family members that post offensive insulting political crap and I just "unfollowed them".  I had one that is a  couple cousins a few years ago that I unfriended and blocked.  I will not put up with someone making fun of me, laughing at me, putting me down, or insulting me on Facebook.  Will not happen.

It is your page.  I have family literally all over the country.  It is a good way to talk to people. And having "Messenger" is a good way to chat with people you do not want to give your phone number to. Or to send a quick message to someone whom you may not have a phone number for.

The political stuff on facebook can get to be a bit much. I want to know how you and your family are doing -- that's why I'm on the site. I'm not there to get the latest updates on Mueller's Russia investigation. If I wanted that, I'd turn on the news. And the problem is, none of us are journalists. A lot of people do spread "fake news" over facebook, and I'm not a Trump supporter/supporter of his rhetoric by any means, but there's a lot of truth in the fake news claims.

I don't use Facebook.  I call on the phone if I really want to know how someone is doing.

I have a Facebook, but it is mostly for career-related purposes. When I had added friends to my page, I had about 13 on a good day.

I  am not on facebook much anymore except to check on family and friends other wise I may play a game or  two and be on fusion cash some. Hubby is  the same way. Although I  reconnected with a cousin that I had not seen in over 60 years. Her dad and my mom were  brother and sister. Which makes it nice. we are busy catching up  on a lot of old news and seeing pictures of the  family at  various times . She  was  only able to make it to one family reunion over the years and that was as a child.  So yep a lot of catching up.

I have an account but most are friends from high school or work and family.  Have not posted anything in over 2 years.
