Vertigo??

Does anybody on here have vertigo? I have vertigo supposedly and this has been the worst thing it's as bad as my lupus or my MS I have been in the hospital now three times with this and they can't figure out why I'm having vertigo and I guess what to do for it when I get a battle my ears ring really loud then everything goes to spinning I get nauseated and start vomiting to the point where I can't stop then I'm dehydrated I just got out of the hospital Wednesday for this so again they're going to send me to a neurologist and ENT I'm also going to see a heart doctor and a lung doctor. If anyone has any ideas on what to do for this please let me know thanks

I am not sure if it is vertigo or general dizziness, but I do have a tendency to lose my equilibrium whenever I get up too fast. I also do not drink as much water as I should (in fact, I have to force myself to do so). I have had this condition for a number of years, but am hesitant to get it checked out.

Please go and get that checked out it may not be anything but then again it may be I am going Thursday to my ENT
   to see if he's going to schedule me a mri to figure out what is going on

I had it a long time ago and it's not a good feeling, had to go to the doctor.

My wife had a pretty bad/ongoing issue with vertigo several years ago. She went to the doctor for it and they couldn't find any specific cause. I think what ultimately made it go away was a combination of chiropractic adjustments and deep tissue massage.
