We purchased a weed trimmer that doesn't work. I contacted them to tell them it is defective and that I would like a refund. They asked us to submit a video of it not working and so we did. They then told us to use new batteries and different zip ties which we did and it still doesn't work. We told them that AGAIN it didn't work so they then wanted ANOTHER video of showing that it doesn't work UGH....we did EVERYTHING they asked and they still wont refund me, they keep coming up with excuses. This has been going on now for over a month and so we contacted the AGO and as of yet they wont respond to them either.

Always buy stuff like this with a Discover Card and they will make it right for you.
