I think they should still teach cursive.  There are documents that are written in cursive and they should know how to read and write it.  My granddaughter is learning cursive but she is in a Christian school.

I agree with everyone, kids are not bring taught how to write in Cursive so they won't be able to read it either.  The world is changing.

As far as I know they're not teaching cursive in school anymore and I think that's a real shame!  Looks to me like printing everything would be much easier to duplicate for some criminal.  Nothing beats a signature for authenticity in my book.
