What is for dinner?
« on: July 20, 2018, 03:14:27 pm »
I am making a pot of chili.  Cooking is not my thing anymore but I get sick of eating fast food and so I finally broke down and decided to make chili.  What are you having for dinner.  Do you cook much?

Right now I have no idea of what I am going to fix. It is 106 outside  right now and  has been for  hours.  I think it is going to be something cold and refreshing. Like a chicken or Tuna salad.  I wish the awful heat wave would let up.  We have had so many people go down with heat stroke  in the last  couple of weeks. they just don't think straight when it is this hot and stay in the house. Everyday they are bring someone one in from the lake  with it. Just because  they are in the water and the water is cool does not mean they are protected.

Tonight because of all the bad weather out there I just had pasta salad and didn't cook anything -- simple but filling

Since I was at work and my client and I were out for the evening, I ate at Firehouse Subs.  I had the Hook and Ladder sandwich.  It was delicious.

I'm on a strict meal plan currently so my "dinner" - last meal - was for fat burning.... I had watermelon & almond butter.  I know, so exciting...  Chili sounds so delicious... with cheez-its & cheddar cheese... yum!  I can't wait till my next cheat day.  :)

I'm having chicken Marsala with mushrooms and green beans.  I don't have time to cook so when I've got the time, I do.

Today I went to a cafeteria style restaurant,  I had bbq turkey, salad and mac and cheese.  I didn't finish all the bbq turkey so I took it home.
