No junk foods. No processed foods.
Eat and drink organic foods, if available.
   Ask yourself: Pros and cons.
Is it good for my guts and body...or not.

Yep,eating raw unsalted nuts are great for fighting against cancer, also eating raw unprocessed fruit and veges. Sugars, carbs, and anything processed can cause cancer and help it grow. Juicing 5 pounds of carrots a day is a great way to prevent and cure it also.

It's still well worth the time to send in the little poop sample when it's scheduled, especially since it is much easier now that the procedure was improved.

I read that in general if you keep a lot of fiber in your diet, it is better for colon health ;D

I've been eating at least 16 almonds every day to help with arthritis, so I guess I'm killing 2 birds with one stone!!!  Also, just took the at home Cologuard test which is a highly effective screening test for colon cancer.

How come the priciest things at the grocery store are the most expensive to buy? It should be the other way around. Its oo bad you can buy a bag of chips for $1 but asparagus costs 3.99. No wonder people are unhealthy. Often times they cannot afford to eat healthy and get more for their money to purchase junk >:(
