How Hot Is It Where You Live This First Weekend Of July?

Yesterday it reached about 93 degrees here in mid-Michigan where I live.  And you know what?  I was managing alright with my wonderful central air until we had a power outage from about 4pm. until 9pm.  The power company stated the outage was only in my neighborhood and the reason was equipment failure.  Sure enough, after about 2 hours two large power company trucks came and worked on a pole for almost 3 hours.  Thanks be to the god of air conditioning and the power company, everything came back on just when I was getting hot and sweaty and was ready for my shower. I love my power grid!! LOL!!!

Huh...96 here yesterday with no central air...only a window unit in the bedroom...was 92 in house yesterday.
Woke up 82 in the house already at 8am...its 87 and climbing @ 11:30 am...
Went out to hang out in the garage about 9pm last night...forget it...opened the door and looked at thermometer...was 101 in the garage!

Going up to 94 today. I remember going camping with the kids when they were younger during this week. It was not as bad as it has been lately

The only good thing is your body gets kinda used  to this, then when its 80 you think the air is on....

Heat warning all week here in the Midwest. When you walk outside it feels like you're getting hit with a wet blanket.

All I can say to describe it is "NASTY!"

Today it is  between 96-100 degrees! Yesterday was about the same; I am visiting my Mom in NYC.

It's hot in Central Ohio! It's currently 91 with a high of 94!! So glad we moved to a house two months ago with central air. Whew!

It has been a very pleasant 75-77 degrees here today.  It rained this morning.
Tomorrow is supposed to be 85 degrees.  On the 4th, 88 degrees.

Friday and Saturday was 106, now it is 100 with hot dusty wind. I stay in the house.
