I have most of my vacation BOOKED!

YAHOO!!!

Today I booked 2 more campsites for our vacation thats only 2 weeks away.

The closer we get the more nervous i get that something will mess up all my
plans. I have a co-worker that wants to quit work and pets that need to be petsit

Good for you on getting your camp sites booked, especially, with such a short time between now and site occupancy. It will be a bummer if your job keeps you from going-I would imagine that they would need to reimburse you for any penalties associated with cancelling your plans. Too bad you can not take your pets with you. our vacations are always planned around places that will accept our two golden retrievers. We are also resigned to driving to all vacations to avoid being on airplanes, especially these days where it seems you read about pets dying on planes almost daily. Your vacation is smack dab in the middle of summer, I hope that you have someplace cool to camp. I live in Colorado and am only forty minutes from the mountains which usually sit at ten to twent degrees cooler than the plains.
