SPARTAN Race - Tuxedo NY

I survived my very FIRST Spartan Race in Tuxedo NY this past Saturday on June 2nd!! It was brutal but I lived to see the day and to get my medal and my shirt!! lol
I'm impressed and proud of myself. I'm all beat up like a Mac Truck hit me but I will survive! LOL!

UPDATE!! After my race, I was so swollen and went on a detox diet and lost 10 lbs in ONE WEEK! Woo-hoo! Any one interested on how I did it? Get me on facebook @kcurrieweightloss. Like my page and message me. :)

What exactly is a Spartan race? I've never heard of it. But congratulations regardless!

You must google it! They are all over the country. They are insane races that I THOUGHT was a normal walk/run 5K but after I signed up and paid for it I found out it was like military boot camp! lol ... Took me 3 hours to complete. I do feel accomplished at almost the age of 46. :)
