McDonald's sued for $5M over unwanted Cheese on the Quarter Pounder

This happened in Florida last month. Wonder what I could've gotten if I complained about my cheese burger being red and barely cooked.

Never seems to work for me, i bought a can of albacore solid tuna , turned it into tuna salad for a sandwich , with all the fixings , like a subway ! took a big bite and a second , crack, crunch broken tooth ?  two of them broke off the crowns, running in circles  and hopping on one leg while spiting the stuff in my mouth into the sink,  small tuna colored rock  in the sink....  two root canals is what Star Kissed Paid , i didn't even get a new can of tuna!        5 million for cheese ??

I can understand the frustration. I don't like cheeseburgers. I always ask for my burger "without cheese" and they charge me for the regular burger (with cheese) and then just don't put cheese on it. I don't understand how they came up with $5 Million, but I could definitely see something like this end up being a class-action lawsuit.

Only in America.  People just sit around an think of things to sue someone for, the coffee to hot, not enough nuggets in the box, cheese, you didn't speak etc.  Only in America.

Hmm....maybe I should sue Wendy's because my baconator had too much bacon on it....made me bloated and fat (Can there ever be TOO much bacon on ANYTHING?)...Better cancel the lawsuit....

Well at least they paid for the dental bills.  I had a crown pulled off by something I purchased and they said it wasn't their fault and they didn't owe me anything. And I ended up paying several hundred dollars.

A quarter pounder has cheese. Of course they aren't going to charge you less because you ask to leave the cheese off.

I don't see how it could be a class action law suit because one dude had cheese on his burger.  People are so foolish.  Take it back to the counter and get another one.
