I just saw in another topic how a member answered another one looking for prayer support and they used 2 sayings that are ridiculous.Let me elaborate.

Everything happens for a reason was mentioned.So let us use Adam Lanza who blew away 26 kids and teachers a few yrs ago.What was the reason for that other then this guy was a sick puppy and possible demonic influence?

God has a plan for us was also mentioned.Well Genesis says God created us and the universe and his plan was for us to live forever under his rule.Rebellion happened and thats why the world is the way it is with a hope to see where the original purpose will be fulfilled thru Jesus sacrifice.That plan affects us all.It means our life.

I dont think when someone says God has a plan for us they dont think of it that way.Maybe gods plan is for one to be a DR.But what about a drug dealer?Or a thief?Was that gods plan also?I dont think id want to serve a god like that.

POINT being those sayings are foolish!!!We arent puppets!

Was it Gods plan for the world to be as it is now?And then the wicked go to *ell and the good go to heaven?Well if thats the case then its a good thing A&E sinned and died otherwise Gods plan wouldnt have been a plan...LOL!

So when the bible suggests Satan has blinded many especially thru false religeon you can say AMEN!

I also would like to bring out how Jesus enemies scolded him when he cured someone on The Sabbath Day.Then Jesus told them if your mule fell into a ditch on The SD would you save him?Perfect answer.

In the early 70s many marked 1975 as the end of 6000 yrs of mans existence and God would bring Armagheddon.Of course it didnt happen and many mock Jehovahs organization for that.But the scripture CLEARLY states no one but the father would know the exact day.

Its just another example that those who dont supports JWs use to mock it.Plus Jesus said there would be wolves among sheep.Yes many hoped it would happen but had NO business using 1975 as the end cos bible clearly showed NO one knew but God.

A quick note about Palm Sunday as it comes up.

Very simple.Jesus NEVER said to celebrate it or was in celebrated by the early Xtians.

The only command he gave was to memorialize his death on Passover.After he dismissed Judas he told the other 11 to "Keep doing this in rememberance of me"he knew soon he was to be executed and what his death would mean to mankind and his father.
