It's hard to say, I think a lot will depend on the child and will all children have equal access to education and other opportunities that will help them to have a better life and how motivated they are to work after things and not just feel it should be given to them.

With all the shootings in schools and malls, I think kids will have a worse life than us parents. Kids are committing way too many crimes and killing innocent people.
.

Totally depends on the kid and where they live.  I am not sure that violence is that much worse than it was a few years ago or if it is just that now the instant it happens it goes out to every cell phone in the free world so you know about things that use to you didn't.  We even know about smart mouthed punks talking back to their teachers on the other side of the world.

Worse lives. Not just the shootings, but the economy. Less job prospects, tighter money, less opportunities to live and have a family. I would not want to be a kid starting out right now.

I can’t really say. It’s only a matter of making sure the kids are happy and safe enough throughout their lives.

I feel kids born today will have worse lives. They have to go to school in fear, hoping they have enough money to go to college and not take advantage of loans.

I think it will be worse. What is going to happen when they maybe grow up and get out into the real world and find out not everything is handed too you. Yes there a lot of  kids will grow up and be great people. But so many are down right spoiled and let have their own way.  But the real world   is so hard. Without  knowing how to take care of yourself and how to work is just  going to be very hard for them.

As much as I hate to say it, I think it will be worse.  Kids aren't being taught right from wrong anymore.  Parents are sticking kids in front of televisions with violent video games and expecting them to grow up with good morals.

So hard to say, these are such difficult times with crime and the opioid addictions!

That depend on a lot of things.  Kids have to want a better life and work for it.  Sometimes other things can happen to put a damper on a lot of things.  My child has a better life because I instilled in her what has to be done to get a better life.

Think it is worse.  There is too much hate in this country and economically they have it harder.  They are paying huge student loans for a degree that they may or may not end up using.  A high school education for my generation was good enough to get a good job but now you need that piece of paper which may not mean a thing.  I have 2 children that both have their master's degree and one is not able to obtain a job in his field of studies and the other is working 2 part time jobs in her field because she needs the experience to get a full time job in her field.

I think they have a worst life because social services had to get involved with how you raise your children.  A spanking never killed me, it only made me a better person.  I never talked back like kids do today.  There is a difference in a spanking and a beating.

Well, you can’t trust or depend on a political president or governor to set things right anymore. We humans are being gradually phased out by technology, and the most ordinary heroes and heroines are being phased out faster!

Statistically worse, but that doesn't mean that those with opportunity won't be better off.
