With all the shootings in schools and malls, I think kids will have a worse life than us parents. Kids are committing way too many crimes and killing innocent people.

Mass shootings isn't anything new. Other than that, the lives of kids could be better but if PC culture continues, then their lives may get worse.

Kids are lazy now...want everything handed to them...all there worried about is video games and the stupid cellphones, they don't know how to lose or win...everybody gets a trophy for just showing up.

Fatherless families with no male role model, or if there is one he's a loser that doesn't want anything to do with the kids...too easy to get a divorce and just walk away.

Kids shooting up schools and blame on gunowners...we had guns everywhere when I was a kid....if you wanted to see one, ask your parent....but boy if you touched one without asking you couldn't sit down for a week.

To me it all depends on the kid, the environment they grow up in and their parents. Whether it's a good or bad environment with good or bad parents it depends on what choice that kid makes. A example is: Luke is a addict and he has two children. One of his kids becomes a addict just like him while the other is a "regular" person, they are asked what made them who they today and they both respond my father.  There has always been horrible things in the world and always will be but the same goes for great things, in the end it all comes down to the decision you choose for yourself. Hopefully, in my opinion, school shooters and people alike (murderers & terrorists) they deserve to get death penalty or life in solitary immediately.

I think their lives will be worse than my generation's.  Too much is readily available to them now days ~ especially bad things.
Have a wonderful day!

worst if we americans don't stand up and do something to change the direction that this country is going

we still have time to change things around. if each of us do our small part.

Worse.  There will be no more social security.  a lot of them are immigrants or from immigrants and who knows what's going to happen - if they're going to be allowed to stay in this country or kicked out.  Many things have gone haywire for kids these days.

Things today are much worse than in our parents' day.  So I believe it goes without saying that everyone, young, old or somewhere in between are experiencing worse. ( 2 Timothy 3:1-5 )

However, all is not lost.  There will be a time, soon, where everything will improve.  In Jehovah God's due time, all who obey His ways will enjoy life as it was always meant to be.

This really isn't new to this generation. Our knowledge of these incidents has greatly increased due to social media, etc. and always being plugged in.

Much worse. Kids today are taught nonsense, not fundamentals.

Some teachers won't give a bad grade, so the child does not feel good.  They are teaching kids on topics that should be taught by their parents, with the teachers value system.

Kids know nothing about the foundations of this country, but learn bad and disrespectful attitudes without understanding.

Our country is in big trouble, and I have concerns for my great-grandchildren.

It depends - a lot of things are at risk, like SS, debt, etc., which might make it worse, but other things are better such as technology, etc....culture, values, smart decisions, etc might influence which way our country moves

I think my kids will be alright. Their degrees and educational focus are very international and they have already started seeing the world. They are able to form their own opinions and try to avoid situations with potential for major trouble. They have savings in several venues so that if one country sours another will be available. They know to look at several sources for news so that they are not victims of propaganda. They have respect for human life, do not believe in bullying, and are faithful. I am not so sure that the majority of kids have this security. Other kids are easily directed into believing just about anything and keep a dedication to powers that may not have the best interests of our children's future in mind. My son has talked about living in Germany and my daughter has a boyfriend in the United Kingdom. Fingers crossed.
