Been reading about this for months and it's as fascinating as it is creepy.  I for one will skip that area of the world until the case is solved, I watch enough horror movies about wooded and isolated areas. I love camping too and to think that you have to worry about someone in the woods is beyond scary,rather face off against a grizzly than become prey to some sick sadist.

I saw this earlier this morning. It is pretty interesting in that they have identified 9 of the 14 feet through DNA and they have nothing in common. But something must be going on so I am with you and will avoid the place.

Something  creepy happened to me out hiking and trout fishing, I was sitting on the banks of a small river in Northern Minnesota  with my dog, had my line out in the moving water when down the river floated a swollen up rotting body , i was freaked out and scared !  It was a calf (cow) or some thing of that nature , but man it was spooky and i was miles out in the woods with just my dog. I think back on being a kid and how many times my mom dropped me off to go out fishing by myself.  Insane how the world has changed ! I'll be 60 at the end of the month so fishing as a kid in the woods was over 45 years ago. I wouldn't do that now with a dog and a gun .
