I dig in the dirt. Weeding my garden and putting in new plants usually helps. Sometimes just a few minutes being outside works wonders.

I usually go to the gym. I love taking my frustrations out there. When I leave, I feel 10 pounds lighter.

I like the adult coloring books. If I need to take out frustrations - Weedeating gets rid of a lot. HAHA
