If a  recipe calls for it I do but really do not add it unnecessarily

I love making banana nut bread with honey but that is all I have made with honey.  I bought my sister-in-law a honey cook book because she and her husband are bee keepers but I don't know if she tried any of the recipes.

haven't seen a honey cookbook but I am going to look it up.  Would love to have one.  And I have to say, I admire your sister-in-law for being bee keepers.   I could never do it but I sure admire those that do.

I have never cooked with Honey, but I do use it daily when I am drinking tea or use with hair conditioners.

I've never used it in anything other than tea. Maybe I should try to use it for some dishes. It sounds really good!

I have a few recipes that use honey.  I just made one with honey and soy sauce and chicken.  Very good.
Care to share that recipe with someone who loves all three of those ingredients?   :D

Not really.  It is quite expensive compared to sugar, but I know it is good for you.

Not at all.... I only use honey periodically in tea.
I bought a big jug of it from Costco for like $10... lasts forever. :)

I've used it in a few recipes but not too often. Honey is like gold; expensive but good. I've been out of it for a few months. I only buy from the grocery store that sells the local beekeeper's honey because it's all natural.
