This has not been my week

Tuesday I got a bad allergic reaction from Turkey lunch meat. they were dishonest about their ingredients on the package. I googled the correct ingredients two of the things in  it Im allergic too  they put the same spices they use in polish sausage in their turkey plus mesquite.  on the package put oven roasted turkey. when I read the ingredients nothing about either thing was mentioned.  I have hives covered all over my face got very sick. as if that wasnt bad enough yesterday a friend of mine I went to junior high with passed away from being brutally attacked with an iphone charger for 4 1/2 minuets. Yes I'm serious. his attack happened in August he died from the injuries last tuesday. he was severly brain damaged.  I am really hoping this weekend is over quickly.

I'm sorry to hear that.  Here's hoping things get better for you.  That's really horrible that they aren't listing the correct ingredients on packages, specifically for issues like this.  I always worried when I was younger about bringing treats to school when I was little for birthdays because we made cookies and cakes out of wheat, rice, and soy flour, and I was worried someone might be allergic to the soy. 

At least with homemade stuff, most people with allergies know to ask before eating it, but that's wrong of a company to purposefully leave off ingredients that could seriously hurt someone if they are allergic.

Sorry you have had such a terrible day. I used to buy luncheon meat but I will only get it from the deli. A lot of these companies are dishonest unfortunately, I hope you feel better. Sorry about your friend's passing.

That is bad that companies lie. Sounds like someone wants lawsuits. Hope you make a speedy recovery.

You might want to visit a doctor and get it documented and then contact a lawyer. If they were deceptive, then you might want to file a lawsuit.

Make sure to take pictures of the allergic reaction and document everything in a journal.

It is just heartbreaking when a bad week is fully loaded with major disasters.  We all have our hell and we just have to keep faith things will get better after hitting rock bottom.

Sorry for the loss of your friend. As for the company lying about ingredients, I think you should sue them because your like may have been compromised or worse!

wow...sorry about your friend...and i completely understand the ingredient thing..i am allergic to milk...have to read ingredients on everything and then double check even though i had bought it before...because they will change them on you...hope you get to feeling better
