Lost my balace

I just logged in and saw my balance of $146 and went to cash out and it disappeared and now is showing 2 cents.  What happened?

Can't let them sit for more than 180 days....I learnt that the hard way....

No, I logged in at least once a month.  The wired thing about it when I tried to cash out it says I have 2 cents but that's when I did my last survey back in December 18, 2017.

Doesn't matter if you log in or not....you have to cash out...you can log in all you want but stuff will still expire...you need to contact support.

If your last Survey was December then you lost them all to expiration!!!!!!!!

Expiration. Once an offer or bonus has posted to a user's account, he/she must "cashout" within 180 days. After 180 days, offers and bonuses expire and are no longer eligible for payment.

when you cash out your balance goes to 0.00
go to your account page the items you just cashed out with should saying PENDING on the right hand side
that will go away when your cashout is processed next month

Oh yeah, maybe that's what she meant (hope so) I took it to mean she wanted to cash out finally and POOF! It was gone....

If your offers are not expired or revoked then try to send a support ticket, sometimes they send email and tell you why.

Wow!  This can't be true, your money disappeared.  I pray that It is in cash out and not lost.
