if you feel comfortable wearing them...go for it...me im too big and dont hink they look right on me..i hav a pair i wear around the house at night...they are comfortable..i get my weight off and i will be wearing them...im 56

What the heck.  Wear what you want.  I'm incredibly conservative.  So I would wear them but I'd wear top that covered more of my bottom half.  my advice; If ya bend over and your panties show through - don't wear em' in public. Personally I stay away from anything that says "Daddy" or anything else for that matter on the bum.  But if you're into that do what you want.

I'm 64 and still wear leggings.  I wear them out but I do wear a long tunic sweater or top with them if going out in public.  I find them to be the most comfortable thing to wear, besides my pajamas.

No... there is no age for leggings. 
In fact, I think the older you get the more leggings are for you... comfort-wise. Enjoy

Any age is okay to wear leggings as long as you realize they are not pants.  They were never meant to be worn as pants.  They are basically tights.  So you need to wear a really long shirt or dress over them.  That is what they were always intended for.
