Tasty concoctions !!

I love to make dipping sauce for steak or chicken or what have you.... do you mix up your own special sauce ?   I love  sour cream, horse radish and  57 sauce mixed for steak with mushrooms or pork steaks.  And my newest is sliced fresh garlic with real maple syrup  and sriracha great on chicken wings or strips !

I'm amazed no one but me makes weird mixes of food !  Even Elvis had some crazy sandwich he liked !

I do make most of my own sauces and occasionally salad dressings by analyzing whatever I'm eating  and then attempt to concoct it myself, especially tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. They end up better than the one I originally tried to recreate.

I also make a pico de gallo that I categorize as the world's best, in my opinion of course.

BTW, sbenkoski, your sauce for mushrooms and steak sounds yummy. I love horseradish in sauces.

No I'm not very Savvy in the kitchen I usually fall recipes to a T and that's the only way I do things

I love chicken wings with many dips. All time favorite is Ketchup best on steak.
