    Google:

           -CDC
           -WEB MD
           -MAYO CLINIC

    Also:
Have a complete annual medical exam
to discover what is wrong with your health.

I'm not sure what advice to give you, but that does sound really daunting. I'm sorry you have to go through that, seems as though it would make getting anything done fairly difficult. I wish you the best.

Brian, I am so sorry that you are going through this but no medication is going to help you with energy and relieving the exhaustion that you are going through. I would suggest having your doctor do blood work and see what's going on. But as a health coach I would recommend to my clients a healthy diet such as lot's of protein, veggies, drink half your body weight in ounces of water and plenty of exercise. Have you thought of eliminating gluten from your diet?

Fresh air relaxes me, and walking wears out my muscles.

I also have to be careful how late I drink coffee.

Hot herbal tea is very relaxing.

Even a htg pad a little before bed. It relaxes me greatly.

I suggest you treat your health like a top priority to the point of cancelling plans to get rest if needed.

Seek natural supplements for iron and energy and try to drink more water.  Good luck! :rainbow:

Seeing a doctor is good advice.

to brian8713:    have your doctor prescribe something different..  Maybe, something could be wrong with your blood count? ???
