I would probably tell someone...as long as I can do it under the condition of anonymity. Depending on who is stealing and what it is being stolen, I do not need to be retaliated against for doing the right thing.

I am leaning toward reporting it. However, there is not much anyone can do about it. The rules about apprehending and arresting anyone shoplifting are pretty tough.

And they wouldn't be very good criminals if they let anyone see them stealing something, for Heaven's sake. That's supposed to be on the sly while no one is looking.

If I can get to someone to tell them without being seen then I will for sure tell someone. I dont want confrontation, and you never know how people will react these days, they want to stab or shoot first
