There was a news story a while ago about a young woman who ate exclusively ramen noodles for ten years. She was not anemic and at a healthy weight.  I don't know how she could stand such a monotonous diet.  I've never tried ramen noodles - am I missing out?

I've had a good Ramen Noodle Salad.  Can't say I've ever eaten them as my main course.

I used to love them when I was younger. I hardly eat them now and if I do, I like the regular chiken flavor or the creamy chicken is my favorite.

There are unlimited choices for what you add to them, so if your diet is monotonous it's on you.

I try and stay away from them because of the sodium content, so many  soups are high in sodium; when I do buy(which is rarely) I go for the ones with a lower sodium content.

Haven't have them in years.  But did enjoy the beef flavor.  I too try and watch the sodium content and really do not purchase the much processed food

I also heard that they can't be fully digested or something, but the ones in the cup with the seasoning and veggies already in it are so good.  I'll kick them soon, I hadn't eaten them in years before now.

I used to eat them until I heard they were bad for you unfortunately :/ lol
