Ramen noodles

   Ramen noodles are not bad for you...
   it is the seasoning packet what is really bad for you.
   Some seasoning packets include MSG-Monosodium
   Glutamate, a known carcinogen. So this is what I do:
   Buy some white pasta sauce. I like Alfredo sauce.
   I make my ramen noodles, then add my favorite sauce
   after I drain all the excess boiling water.

I sometimes eat them, but they get old to me. However I am looking for recipes to add stuff to Ramen to create something new.

Some how I've started to eat Ramen Noodles more than I used to but If it helps save a few dollars, I'm willing to eat them. Plus they taste good to me! I like most flavors. I eat them as a snack, lunch or dinner!!!!!!!!

I do not like products with MSG in it..

I use not even half a pack of the seasoning the noodles come with. and use other ingredients for flavor. The salt packet can hurt you if you consume too much.

Actually, the Ramen packages have gone out of their way to point out they've removed all MSG from their product now. It's supposedly safe, so I don't worry about it.

i never did really like the ramen noodles..i would have to add cheese to them...but i am allergic to dairy now...so cheese out

I like the chicken but don't have a steady diet of them just every once in awhile

I don't like  them because to me they are too salty but my hubby likes the chicken flavor.

I like ramen but rarely ever eat them. I usually cook a full meal instead.
