I usually buy the cheapest but lately the Dollar Tree has had Puffs available so been purchasing them.  I usually buy a better brand when someone is the house has a cold or in allergy season

I never knew how Kleenex was made. I just but whatever is on sale.  Or buy from Costco.

Whit  my allergies, I always try to buy those with lotion in  them. If  I don't my nose is always so red and sometimes even sore. It is a pain. I do carry hankies but I go through the like crazy. At home  I always use  tissues.  I should have bought stock in Kleenex and Puffs years ago.

WOW! That's an interesting topic about Kleenex tissues. Seems strange how something can be so soft from wood, but people have been producing this stuff for years!

Puffs to date had the thickness and best quality paper in the market.  Kleenex has been around for such a long time and just does not have the overall quality.

I like anything that is soft. I have year around sinus problems so I use a lot of tissues. I usually use Scott tissues.

I only go with Kleenex or Puffs...no lotion.

There are so many types of Kleenex tissues to choose from.
Some even have aloe vera. Select the one that works best for you.

I just made a comment yesterday on how the kleenex brand with lotion has minimal lotion compared to puffs.  Puffs actually makes my entire nose red and slimy after using it (the one with lotion infused) I just assume us a simple cost effective tissue and apply my own lotion (what I know is safe for my skin type) when it's starting to dry out.  The cost of facial tissue can be extreme with all the novelties they've come up with.

I like buying and using the tissue with a little lotion on them. Boy have I had my share of the cheap rough brand that makes your nose raw to wipe with them. :monkey:

I actually don't like the kind with eucalyptus, etc in them because sometimes I want to wipe my eyes with a kleenex and worry about whatever is on there stinging my eyes.

Honestly, most of the time I need to blow my nose I'll just grab a square of toilet paper. Same difference to me  :P

I prefer Kleenex over Puffs and the store brands, so I'll pay a little more to get Kleenex, which I get in bulk from Costco. I do like the idea of not using trees to make facial tissue, but I'm imagining that whatever science comes up with will be pretty expensive compared to regular tissue. But I don't think I'm some kind of snob or anything, as I will use toilet paper if a tissue is not readily handy!

I like puffs with lotion or aloe. I have never heard they were made from trees. Very interesting.
