From the way you described this, it doesn't sound like a big deal at all.  If it was loud enough that they are keeping you from sleeping, that would be different.

I have a problem with noisy neighbors. I live in an apartment building and we have people upstairs and downstairs that play loud music almost every night. We called the landlord but nothing gets accomplished. They still do it, I don't know. I think that is very wrong

I once lived in a 2 family house behind a  bar and the bar was quieter . Took me  years to find a place to move to and it was noise and aggravation 24/7 for half of 9 years leaving there. I came real close to either commiting "murder" or trying to permanently deafening myself. No stress is worse than being unable to get away from unwanted noise.

I live on a dead end and most of my neighbors are snow bird and are gone for the winter, I just have to deal with bird watchers as i live by The National Eagle Center on the Mississippi River in Wabasha, Minnesota. I'm up River a few miles and I'm on the river and see them all day ! Picture is in my front yard, birds come to fish coz the river is always open here.
