Looking for cute games on Christmas
« on: December 13, 2017, 08:28:31 am »
When my grandkids lived near by and little, we used to have a bunch of silly little games that we all played together on Christmas.

Then they moved to Florida, and we just had dinner with the four adults of family here.

Now, two of the four, older teens, have moved back, and I do not have any idea of a few cute little game ideas we can do when they are here for Christmas.

I am sure they are expecting a few. Can any one give me a couple ideas?

Thanks so much!!

We always played Yahtzee... seems to be the holiday game of choice for the older generations.

Pictionary is another VERY fun game that everyone can enjoy & laugh together.

Christmas movie 20 questions.   Can only answer yes or no.   Same thing can be done with Christmas songs or characters.

Jingle bell toss.  Use red solo cups lined up like bowling pins.  Buy a bag of jingle bells and toss them into the cups.

Santa says.  Just like Simon Says.

It seems   like  most teens don not even want to play games, they are always on their phones.  My kids in their teens  liked scrabble, monopoly, and card games like gin and hearts. Of course they grew up when  the adults would be playing  gin or hearts so they learned the basic as children.  And they did not have  phones. More family time  back then.
