I completed this offer last week. I actually signed up for several free trials. I have all of my products and such and they are claiming that I have not completed any offers to recieve my sample....nor have I been credited here. Darn dud I guess.

I too did not receive credit.  Kept thinking I did something wrong.  I haven't received any samples yet though

I did not get samples either, I got trial products I paid for through their site. I am certainly not going to hold my breath waiting on that mascara sample either, it certainly isn't worth dying for lol.

I finally got credit for this What did I do different this time? I used a new e-mail id. And was credited within an hour. I should say, I tried it with my other e-mail for a lot of times and no credit

It took me a day to get credited.. I did it last night at like 3am and just now got credited it not too long ago for it. Although i dont think ill recieve any products. (not that i want them or something! i promise )

I received credit on my second try.

Letsearn is on to something there - each time you try an offer, use a different email address. Even if you weren't credited for it, the advertiser will notice if you use the same email address the second time, and it won't count as a 'new lead' and will definitely not credit.

Does everyone know to clear your browsers cookies?  Al tho I do not have much luck with a lot of the offers myself I do know that both this and the email thing will help.

I have tried and tried the Maybelline Mascare but never received any credit either. Not worth fooling with again.

I did receive the credit but have never received a free sample.....For any of the products offered.  But I got my credit so I am happy.  Good luck!
