Personal Business at work
« on: November 28, 2017, 02:46:18 pm »
How much of your personal life do you share at work with co workers and boss? I have over the years shared some of my hardship with strangers, boss and co workers. I have always felt i work and spend more time with others at work than my family. However there has been times that information about people can cause negative feelings. What are your thoughts?

I tend to be over social but end up making up for it by working a few extra hours. I generally skip company functions. Today our company through a party for about four thousand employees, with free food and beverages (alcohol as well) but I am at the end of the month crunch and was hit with a last minute project that I was told had already been done and passed on. This had me at work for fourteen hours yesterday and thirteen hours today. I anticipate working twelve hours tomorrow and Thursday as well. Than we have a team breakfast which I cannot miss and a group lip sync team builder which I have already indicated I would not be at. I also run a football pool with about thirty people in it and most of the people playing like to linger when dropping off their picks.

   Your personal life is private.
Your work is business as usual.

None you should keep your work and personal life away from each other. Less complicates things that way
