How many plates did you eat on Thanksgiving?

I had two. One was for the main Thanksgiving dinner and the other was dessert. Everything was super good this year.

I had 2.5 plates. I did not want to go crazy and eat a lot, but I was full. And I finished the night with my coffee and no dessert.

I was very good and only had one plate but did go back for a bit of turkey later on in the evening  skipped the desert though  still regretting that lol

I always eat two then a plate of left overs later on.

I did the full plate, the plate was huge I had a marvelous day.

I ate two plates, but that was for two meals, lunch and dinner.  We had so much good food, and I tried a little of everything.  I'm always glad when the leftovers are gone, so that I can get back to my normal eating routine.  I'm going for a three mile walk shortly!!!

Just one. My husband and I made a little dinner for us two so we didn't have a lot of leftovers.

I had 1.5 plates plus dessert. Then later that evening a had another plate with dessert.

I had one huge plate plus dessert, then took some home, then went to another family member house and she loaded me up.

I just filled mine once, but grazed a little finger food and a few small slices if pie. I will be on the stationary bike while the wife is shopping tomorrow.

Hi oldbuddy, do you find that you can lose weight riding your stationary bike? I ride mine and I seem to lose some, what do you think?
