Well, that worked!
« on: November 07, 2017, 07:40:22 am »
After 2 DQ surveys, finally qualified for one.  Got through the qualifications, answered a few questions, and then........"processing error."  That's it! I'm done trying.  I probably won't even get the 1 cent DQ bonus because the only way to close that survey was to hit the X.

I am on a few other sites besides Fusion Cash and I take or try to take surveys on all of them. I also am having a lot of bad experiences taking surveys or trying to.Nevertheless, I am still having some success, here and there. The successes are enough to cause me to keep trying.

I will no longer attempt a survey on those sites that have frequently burned me. Of course, i sometimes have to answer a few to several questions before the home page comes up and I just click out.

i've had that happen to me a couple of times... I know they say not to do it, but when it happens I reload the page and sometimes it will work... it is worth a try as you have nothing to lose at that point.... good luck

It has happened to me as well. It's a pain but I wished it never happened.

Well, I just got an email survey invite from FC. I finished the survey, submitted or went on to the last questions and got this:

Due to maintenance on our servers, access to our surveys and our website is currently unavailable. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please try again later.

Needless to say, I did not get credit and I can not click back on because I clicked once.

For this, I did open a support ticket.

It is very frustrating, but it happens to all of us at one time or another.  I did a survey a few days ago, after about 5 minutes the last page froze and after a few minutes of trying to either go forward or backward I closed it and of course no credit. Grrrrr

It can be frustrating when you are doing a survey, spending time, and boom earn 1c!

Yep, they need to fix it so you can be disqualified early or get paid.

Glad you were able to qualify for a survey.  I have not been so lucky, but have been able to go lots of one cent bonus points.
