Unfortunately there is no way to reset the clock in my brain, so now instead of waking up at 5:30 AM, it's 4:30 and it screws up my whole day. In a week or two I will slowly adjust (I hope).

I wish the entire country would not worry about setting clocks forward and backward any longer.  I dislike it a lot.  Last night, the first night after "falling back," it was dead dark here in Michigan at 5:30.  It is depressing and just drains my energy for the remainder of the night.

I couldn't sleep well. I rested.
I didn't have insomnia or anything.

Twice a year it takes time for the body to adjust to the change

The only benefit I had from this time of year was when I was a teenager and my mom would let me stay out an extra hour because of the time change.

Although that may not really have been a benefit. Not much good happens
between 2:00 a.m. and 3 a.m., you know.

I'm always up for an extra hour of sleep.  No big deal to change the house clocks but everything electronic like my phone, tablet and computers will change automatically.

It takes me a while to adjust to the time changes.  I was wide awake a 3:00 this morning!
Have a wonderful day!

It would be great if they left it one way or the other.   It takes about a week to get adjusted to the new time.  Some states don't even bother with that foolishness.

I get used to the time change pretty quick so it usually don't bother me. The only thing that slightly bothers me is that it gets so dark so early.

It gets dark earlier in autumn and winter. Live with it!

I really don't know exactly what I got for sleep. the change in time made it hard for the fit bit to accuaretly tell me how much sleep I got.
