My teenage children have a bad habit of forgetting to grab the last bag.  I always call the store, and they let me pick it up next time I go in.

I hate it when that happens!  If I'm still in the parking lot, I go back for it.  If I'm already home or on the way home I usually just give up.  It's usually not worth the time for me to drive back for it.

This happened to me before where I bought something and it was missing in my grocery bag. The store apologized and hand me the item I paid for that that was missing.

I have done that, I called and it was handled easily by the manager, I just took in the receipt with the time of my call and managers name next time I went in I just picked it up.
