Try adding fruit that you do like (strawberries, peaches, etc.).

Remember it's important to tweak healthy recipes by adding in things we actually like or we decrease our chances of sticking with it.  Good luck!  :highfive:

If you make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, you will use up a lot of that oatmeal and everyone will LOVE the cookies too.

I enjoy oatmeal cookies and you can also look online to find ideas.

Google recipes with oatmeal.  Also, I eat it with a dollop of vanilla yogurt, add cinnamon and pecans, and trickle some maple syrup over the whole lot. Yummy!

Two thumbs up on the yogurt and fruit ideas.  We often enjoy combining yogurt with fruit and granola in our house.  Using dry oatmeal rather than granola wouldn't be the exact same thing, but I imagine it would be close...

Google Chocolate Oatmeal Candy (if you don't know what that is lol).  You have to have the quick oats though.

I'm not much of an oatmeal fan but think I'll follow this post to see if anyone posts something that can change my mind about it.

If you like peanut butter, try putting 2 heaping spoons of it in the oatmeal and mix well. make sure the oatmeal is hot and the peanut butter can melt. :)

You can add almost anything. Fruit, chocolate, butter, syrup, spices, jam, etc.

Always add fruit or honey into the mix just to get the kick out of it.

Try  a savory version instead of always sweet.  Use chicken broth instead of water.  There's lots of savory oatmeal recipes you can look up.
