I will say thats very impressive and good job on the effort. I need to shed some pounds too, please can you tell me what kind of work out plans or exercises you partake in?

I work out right now on Leslie Sassone walk away the pounds. every morning.

when wasp season is over then my husband I will take walks outside.

for my drinking I cut out soda since I'm allergic to artifical sweetener I drink water, juice, pure cows milk

on my eating I do the maker's diet. I eat meat, vegetables, rice, potatoes, salads, fruit

I snack healthy snacks. doing this my appetite isn't as bad. I am getting the nutrients I need so I don't need to eat so much

Keep working at it. Weight loss is so difficult, and I always see people failing left and right.

Best of luck to you. I am trying to lose weight also. Lost 3 pounds this past week. It is easy to gain but hard to take off.

I am glad that you opened up this topic. I am struggling with weight loss and I find it is mostly controlling my appetite and emotional eating that messes me up every time. I started using the vinegar and water solution. It helped some but I would loose a few pounds then rebound them back due to emotional eating mostly. I started doing the Isagenix nondairy shakes and had the same results.

Last week I scraped up the bare minimum down payment for a gym membership to the gym closest to my home. I have used it once only because I've been really sick for the past month.

Keep in mind that not everyone looses weight with the same ease just as not everyone can keep the weight off. Hang in there. Stay determined. Don't let other people's negativity become your problem. That is a big part of controlling emotional eating I think. Plus, it is important that you are honest with yourself about your expectations from each regimine.

Keep us informed. There are also moral support groups on Facebook for weight loss.

Hang in there!

Congratulations! I know how hard it is to eat right, but you soon get used to it and everything starts tasting even better than it did before. Good on you! :highfive:

I need to lose 109 pounds. when my mom and stepdad got married I weighed 315 pounds. I'm down to 253 pounds.
my goal weight is 140 -150 pounds that is the healthiest for my height.

That's progress with your losing weight! I need to lose more weight too, but I did, then I got in a snag. Pounds just stay with me now. Just trying to find a new way to lose some more though! Good Job to you though!
