When do you start your Christmas shopping?

I try after Thanksgiving, when sales starts.

I usually start in october. i try to do layaway but some stores have done away with that. I use to be one to wait til "black friday" but it was way to hectic lol.. entertaining...but hectic

I start at the very end of the year. When everything gets marked down after Christmas. I hit up alot of sale items at Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Stage & other local shops in my town all year long. That way im not in a rush at the end of the year. And since I get great deals, the kids have lots to open at Christmas time.

Usually late November/early December.  I do most of our shopping online since we live in the country, so it helps to cut back on time.

I pick up stuff all year long.  Whenever I see something on sale that I know will make a good gift.  then just store it until christmas.

start as soon as possible. usually over summer. sometimes i even start right after xmas if i see the perfect thing for someone on sale. we exchange names with my husbands family and some of them like to wait till thanksgiving to do it. that is toooooo late for me. people go on vacations over the summer and see things for people but cant buy it cause they dont know who they are going to have. not like you can go back on vacation at a later date to buy it.
buy xmas paper and stuff right after xmas when they go on sale. you get awesome deals!!!!!!!!!!!!

I start during the summer. I like to give my family a lot of different gifts.

I pick up things whenever I find them but, the bulk of my shopping is done right before Christmas.

I start in January, that takes all the pressure off.  I have 6 kids to buy for, so that would be way too stressful for a last minute shopping spree.
