What was the best Trip you have ever been on?

The best trip for me so far is traveling out of state sightseeing in my own backyard. My future ambitions hopefully will be out of the country to Europe.

All the best trip memories I have are of something going 'wrong'. getting the wrong rented car, having a crappy hotel room, getting lost, bad tasting food that doesn't make you sick, etc. If you're with your loved ones when it's happening it's the best memory to bring up after the trip.

I would definitely have to say when I was stationed in Germany. Granted, that does not technically count. But it was a vacation for me every single day! Right now, my boyfriend and I want to plan a trip to Tennessee (his home state).
