That's great you feel better. I can only imagine how painful that must of been.

Ouch.  I've never been stung by a wasp... lots' of bee's when I was a little girl.  My oldest was bit by a hornet once. Boy did it swell up.  She hardly complained about it though.  Her pain tolerence is so much higher than mine.  I would have been crying like a baby.  Are you allergic?  Hope not ...

Sorry to hear that you got stung but glad to hear that you are recovering and not one of the numbers that have fatal reactions to bee/wasp stings. I have been stung numerous times throughout my life. My most recent sting was two weeks ago. Beautiful Colorado summer day, cruising home from work at about fifty miles an hour on my scooter (down hill-lol) and felt a burn in my right fore arm. This was strange because I had a long sleeved dress shirt on. I reached in and pulled half of the bee's body out of my arm. Head on collision with my arm buried his body pretty far. The swelling, infection and body fighting the poison caused inflammation that spanned about nine inches by three inches on my arm. The swelling caused my skin to stretch as well.

I'm sorry to hear about that :( I hate wasps! They sting people for no good reason.
