An Important Snack
« on: September 13, 2017, 09:53:14 pm »
Do you have a snack that seems like an absolute necessity?

Lately, I've been ordering crystallized ginger from Amazon.com and I don't want to run out.  It isn't just that it tastes good to me.  I also like the way it kills off bacteria in my mouth and throat.

Ginger is also very nutritious.  It's a source of amino acids so I feel it's in my best interest to keep ginger tea and crystallized ginger in my home.

Are you motivated to shop when you run out of something specific?
Have a great day!

No, I don't have any snack that is absolutely necessary.  I do try to keep a lot of fruit around the house instead of sweets.
Have a wonderful day!

No nothing special; I do like snacks, maybe potato chips. Have you tried the Horehound herb drops for your mouth issues? Also a good word joke to say when you hear someone that is clearing their throat lol.

I usually have a salad for a snack. It takes a bit longer to eat and it's healthy.

I am working on changing my eating habits so any healthy snack ideas for me would be appreciated.

I was a cookie and candy person. However with the weight gain I have been eating fruits as snacks lately. I am taking off pounds slowly.

I do make sure I have a stock of pepsi and dr. pepper. It's just one of those things I like to drink to start my day. I also like to keep cutie's in the house when they're in stock. It's something sweet without a lot of calories.

I had never heard of crystallized ginger until this post.  I really don't know much about ginger and the health benefits you say it has.  Time for research, i guess.
