Business Card Transcription Did Not Credit Today

Every day, at the cutoff time, our lines are credited almost immediately. Not today. No credit yet. They start a new day at 11 a.m. Eastern Time. It is now 3 p.m. and still no credit for yesterday's work. How come?

I hope they aren't going to start cheating. (I am keeping track of my counts.)  >:(

Still waiting for today's lines to credit. It's now been 7-1/2 hours since they were supposed to credit. What's going on?  We have to work hard for those credits and for us not to get it makes me furious!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:(

Now 14-1/2 hours. HELLO????? FC????? What are you going to do about this? We work our hearts out for the lousy pennies we get from these companies and you cant' support US who make YOU money???  >:( >:( >:(

Did you take into consideration that Monday was a holiday? Holidays usually cause hold ups

Did you take into consideration that Monday was a holiday? Holidays usually cause hold ups

No holiday for the rest of the world. Just USA. Not everyone has the holiday off either. When it says it's credited every day at 8 a.m. PT, it should credit. That's not an excuse since the records I did on the 3rd & early 4th was credited on the 4th.

I just got off after the timer refreshed to 0. It looks like it might not be crediting today, either...so I'm done.  I won't be doing the cards anymore until I get credited for what I've done over the past 2 days (607  correct entries).  Such a shame, too. I was enjoying the work.

UPDATE: I just checked again and I was credited for TODAY's work (the 6th) , but NOT for the 5th. So I'll still not be doing any more because they still owe me a day's credit.

If they are responsible for crediting our account for doing the cards, then WHY, as of Today, THURSDAY, 9/7, I have still NOT been credited for 9/5? I worked my butt off to transcribe these cards, yet nothing!  I don't believe in doing these jobs for nothing in return and neither should anyone else. We deserve what we're due in payment.

FC used to be the best place for making a few bucks but they don't even answer support questions half the time anymore. I have a ticket open since Tuesday with no answer yet. It's still open. I've waited as long as 2 weeks for an answer to a support ticket in the past, only to have them close the ticket WITHOUT answering.

I'm really furious over this..

I believe they may have combined the 2 days. Most of the time I end up with more cents than I planned on so I'm totally satisfied. I'm just so thrilled to have it back! Although it appears to be gone again today :(

Have you sent a help ticket about it yet? Or search the forum for that specific error, maybe there's something to help figure out why you keep getting it. Good luck!

I did literally a kazillion of them on the 5th and got 17 cents. I won't be doing that again.

I had done some and I have never been credited for any of them. I don't know if I'm not doing enough or what. Frustrating really, I liked that offer the last time they had it.
