I haven't been to one since I was little, I went with my mama, she loved the Farmers Market, but we still grew produce at home, but I guess she wanted something different.

I love our farmers market.  I wish it were open all year.   We do take advantage of it while it is open.  I love supporting the local farmers by purchasing their wares.

Love, love, love farmer's markets. We have nice ones around here, but when I go up north towards Chicago they are astounding.  :star:

I would spend WAY too much money if I were near any of them.  :moneymouth:

I do love farmer's market but they only have it in our town on Sundays I do not shop on Sunday because of my religious beliefs and because I am always at Church. I wish they do it on Saturdays and Sundays here where I live.

Oh I love farmer markets too. Here these are the months where all the fruits and veggies seem to peak because of the growing season being done. I have 15 more farmer market dollars to spend from the farm fresh project through WIC. and with food stamps we have a double up bucks where you spend 5 and get 10 worth.

Our Farmers Market is a joke!  Hardly any products and way too expensive!  I went to 2 different Farmers Markets in the town one of our daughters live and it was so much better.  I was able to buy veggies for canning and home grown fruit that was delicious.  And, all of it was fairly reasonably priced.

I go about once a year. Don't like the pkg situation.

Grow most of my own veggies, so only a rare need.

I don't go to a Farmer's Market as much as I use to because there is not a good one close to me, but occasionally I travel about 30 miles to go to the State Farmer's Market.

We have farmer's markets in the summer.  I don't buy much produce because we grow our own. But some of the vendors have homemade bread and fruit pies.
