My 5 dollar bonus, disspeared? help please :)

When i made my account a few week ago, i got my 5 dollars new user bonus,  then last week I came back next day, and it disappeared, my account only had 2 dollars in it?  where did my 5 bucks go, I have emailed support and no one is getting back to me  2 mailed them 2 times, not sure what else to do, has this happened to anyone else?

I have never had this happen, but I would wait until customer service gets back to you.

Unfortunately, it may be awhile as they are behind. However, they always pay us what we are owed, and they will address the situation.

Just keep on working and earning. It's safe here.

Look at your account page. Does it say that is was denied?

If you complete profile & setting and correct verification, it should not be happening. If you send support ticket, give them couple days and see what's happen, let us know, hope all will resolved.

i have given them over a week, still not  a word and  There was a link on the support page, about it and if u clicked it gave you the status of your bonus sign up, it said I got my bonus sign up, but it's not on my "earnings"  Just really odd.. it was there i seen it there, then it was gone , when from 7 dollars down to 2 .. is there any way to spend the money you make?  could i of clicked something and spent it?   blah thanks for the help guys )

No, there is no way that you would have used it or spent it on something by mistake. Just be sure that you filled out and submitted a support ticket; but like someone else said, there have been some pretty long delays in recent weeks/months. If it has only been a week ago that you sent your ticket, relatively speaking that is a very short period of time.  Just be patient and check back on the status of your ticket periodically.
